Back home I have met a lot of people, in particular in the corporate world who wanted to take some time off but were too scared, did not know where to start and most of all did not know what to do with themselves for a whole year or even one entire month on their own, with all that time at their disposal, without the usual routine and the nine to five in the office.

This was by far the most difficult and at the same time best thing I even done in my 49 years of life.
